Account data: name, email address and any details you provide when creating an account.

Order and inquiry data: products requested or purchased, billing/shipping details, and the content of quote requests.

Contact-form data: the name, email, company and message you submit.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and access logs generated automatically when you visit the site.

Cookies: strictly necessary cookies and — only with your consent — Google measurement cookies (see below).

We process personal data to: operate the shop and your account; process orders and quote requests; respond to inquiries; operate, secure and improve the website; and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases are, as applicable: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

We use carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland / Shopify Inc., Canada) — store platform, checkout and payment processing.

Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and content delivery.

Resend (USA) — sending transactional emails such as contact-form confirmations.

Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland / Google LLC, USA) — only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 web analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement.

Payment providers — card payments and TWINT are processed via Shopify Payments and its payment partners.

We do not sell your personal data.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working: a session cookie, the shopping-cart identifier, your language preference (locale) and the cookie that stores your cookie choice. These do not track you across other sites.

With your consent, we additionally use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand how the shop is used and to measure our advertising campaigns. These are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics or marketing cookies are set (Google receives at most cookieless, aggregated signals under Google Consent Mode).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Note that the Shopify-hosted checkout may set its own cookies needed to complete a purchase.

Some of our providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA (for example in the USA). Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms recognised under Swiss law.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law — for example, accounting records are retained for ten years under Swiss commercial law (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
